Each order is custom-made — not mass produced — which makes your piece truly one of a kind.

All our personalised jewellery is crafted from high-quality 316L stainless steel, known for its strength, durability and resistance to tarnishing.

Depending on your selection, your piece is finished with:

  • Gold-colour plating
  • Rose Gold colour plating
  • Silver-tone finish

We use PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) plating, a modern technique that offers significantly greater durability and colour longevity compared to traditional plating methods.

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is an advanced coating method that bonds the plating to the base metal at a molecular level.

This results in:

  • Longer-lasting colour
  • Improved resistance to fading
  • Better durability over time

It is far superior to standard electroplating used in lower-quality jewellery.

Yes.

Most of our necklaces and bracelets come with a 5cm (necklaces) or 2 (bracelets) extension chain, allowing you to adjust the length for the perfect fit.

We can engrave or create name designs in multiple languages, including:

  • Arabic
  • Russian
  • Chinese
  • And many others

We also support numbers and selected special characters.

Shippping & & Delivery FAQs

Orders are dispatched from our international warehouse.

All duties and taxes are fully paid by us — there will be nothing extra to pay upon delivery.

Delivery usually takes 5–8 working days after dispatch.

Please note that personalised items require production time before shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update.

All duties and taxes are fully paid by us before shipping for orders to the UK, EU, Switzerland, USA.

You will not be charged anything extra upon delivery. For other countries, please contact us before placing your order so that we can check for you.

Returns & Exchanges FAQs

As our jewellery is personalised and made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Spelling errors entered at checkout
  • Change of mind

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we will resolve this for you.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item

We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

If you notice a spelling mistake, contact us immediately.

If production has not started, we may be able to update it.

Once produced, we cannot modify personalised items.
