A free microfiber cloth to take care of your necklace
Although all our jewellery is made from stainless steel, a corrosion-resistant metal, the MyLittleNecklace team advises you to avoid any contact with aggressive products, such as dishwashing liquid, and to remove your necklace before swimming in a pool or the sea. Despite these precautions, time, exposure to the sun and dust can tarnish the original shine of your customizable necklace. To help you maintain your jewelry, we offer you a microfiber cloth. This small cloth is specifically designed to allow you to easily and effectively clean all of your My Little Necklace jewelry. Use it dry to capture dust. Once moistened with clear water, the microfiber cloth effectively degreases your jewellery.
Q: Can I shower with my My Little Necklace?
A: Yes, our necklaces are water-resistant.
Q: Can I write the first name in special characters (in Arabic, Russian, etc.)?
A: We now offer the possibility of writing first names in the language of your choice! All special characters are also available (for example: @, $, &, *, ...)
Q: Is it possible to put a space in the first name?
A: This option is available on that design.
Q: Is it possible to put accents in the first name?
A: Absolutely, you can put the accents of your choice. Please write the first name with its accents when ordering.
Q: Do you have any inventory?
A: No, every necklace crafted by My Little Necklace is unique. This means that when we receive your order, we start creating your new jewel. Thus, each necklace is uniquely crafted once we receive your order.
Q: Can I adjust my necklace?
A: YES! Our necklaces are adjustable. We understand not everybody likes to wear our necklaces the same way, so we added an extension so you can wear it with style.
Gold-plated jewelry can tarnish and flake over time, which is why it should be given special care every day. Avoid wearing them while doing dishes or other household chores, remove them before showering, and store them in their original packaging. If your jewel begins to tarnish, you can soak it in warm water with Marseille soap to give it a second youthfulness.
