I never received 2 necklaces I ordered! I am so tired of these scam social media companies selling things and it’s junk not you never get it ! Everything I order from Amazon arrives no problem EVERYTHING I have every ordered off Snapchat etc there has been a problem lost my money never received the item or it was broken didn’t fit and they won’t refund or make it right. I WILL NEVER order anything from here again and I told all my family and friends about the horrible customer service when I emailed about never receiving my items they told me I did basically sorry too bad “check with your neighbors maybe they got it” I’m it’s been 2 months and they are name plate necklaces I highly doubt anyone else got them and didn’t tell us since we live in a super small garden apt where we know all our neighbors. When I tried to explain this I received nothing in response. Unbelievable. Scandalous!!! Shady unprofessional but hey they got my money so kudos to them for that....

Necklace its self is wonderful and so is price! But the literal fact that I ordered it in December & didn't receive it until MID-LATE JANUARY is obsurd!
